Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to make a return or an exchange, please send them back to us postmarked within 30 days from date of purchase in the same original condition as it was sent (unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached). You may request a refund (less shipping charges) or store credit for use on future orders. We require that you have the return package insured and with signature requirement to avoid any loss as we cannot be liable for lost packages.
All furniture, mattresses and changing pads are final sale unless defective.
Orders sent as gifts may be exchanged for store credit only.
Sale merchandise are final sale and may not be returned.
If you wish to make an exchange for a different size or style, to ensure that we have the items you wish in stock, it is best to create another online order and we will process your exchange and refund for your previous order separately upon the receipt of the return of the merchandise back to us.
