You may request a refund (less any shipping charges) to the original form of payment. Or you can request a store credit and you will receive an email with an online coupon code in the amount of your credit.
RETURNING A GIFT?
Gifts may be exchanged for store credit only. Please enclose with your return: Your NAME, EMAIL address, and PHONE NUMBER and please leave a note that it is a GIFT RETURN, so that we are able to contact you with your coupon code for your online credit.
