SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be charged to all purchases shipped to the state of California.

 

RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of the receipt and must be unused, in its original condition, and all tags and packaging must be attached and intact. Returned items with original receipt will be refunded the order amount less shipping fees. Gift returns with the original packing slip will receive a store credit. Any item returned after 14 days, and up 30 days, will be issued a store credit or exchange.

Please note that sale items, drop-shipped items, and special orders are non-refundable. (Such items will be denoted within the product description)

Please contact us via phone or email to receive a Return Authorization number that is to be written on the return invoice inside the box. All returned items must be in 100% re-sellable condition. Please include a copy of the original invoice with a brief reason of why the item is being returned/exchanged. We recommend you ship the merchandise via a reliable courier with tracking numbers, insurance, and signature confirmation to ensure delivery. Eggy, LLC is not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer Fedex 2nd Day, Fedex 3rd Days, and Fedex Ground Delivery service. Orders shipped via 2nd Day or 3rd Day must be placed before noon (12:00pm PST) to be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will not ship until the upcoming Monday. Saturday delivery is unavailable. All packages will be insured with signature requirement unless preferred otherwise (any preferences can be denoted in the COMMENTS section during the checkout process).

A confirmation email will be sent indicating the status of your shipment as soon as the order is shipped.

Items that are drop-shipped take 1-3 weeks to ship granted they are in stock with the manufacturer.

Expedited delivery service may not be available for larger items (furniture, bikes, cribs, etc.)

We currently only ship within the United States and do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
